Welcome to 1136 Jamaica Ave., a beautiful lakefront retreat in the sought-after Soap Creek area of Lincolnton. Whether it’s a family getaway or a fishing trip, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

⚓ Waterfront Living
- Private Dock: Just a short, easy walk from the house. There are signs to point you in the correct location. Perfect for boating, swimming, or fishing.

- Angler Ready: Features a dedicated fish cleaning station for your fresh catch. 🎣 Please clean the area properly.

- Outdoor Fun: Enjoy a fenced-in backyard. As well as a sunroom full of toys, a TV, AC climate control, a large couch, outdoor table, and large space. The back deck is equipped with a Big Green Egg charcoal grill. (charcoal is not provided) This is the perfect mix for relaxation and entertainment.

- Boat Ramps: The neighborhood does have its own boat ramp less than 3 minutes from the home. The ramp does not include a tie off dock.

Parking is free and on site. There is a circular/ pull through driveway. The drive way could hold at least 5 vehicles. If a camper / RV is not brought to the property, under the camper/RV cover could count as a covered parking spot.

Sleeps 9: Features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a twin bed in the laundry area for extra guests. The home also has air mattresses for any extra guests.

Sun-Drenched Interior: Bright, airy layout with ceiling windows and a modern aesthetic. Letting the natural light in.

Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and unique copper sinks. There is a Keurig coffee maker as well as an air fryer on the property. 🍳

Extra Perks: Includes a camper/RV hookup—ideal for larger groups or extra `toys.` This hookup holds a 110 amps. Boat batteries can be charged here. This feature does come at an additional charge. once payments is received, we will provide instructions on unlocking.

Loved everything about our stay here! We came to Clark Hill for a fishing tournament with two bass boats There was plenty of room and the pull through driveway as well as the canopy made life simple.
