Nestled in the foothills of Mummy Mountain, this 1 BR apartment is perfect for anyone who enjoys hiking, golf and Scottsdale's finest shopping and dining. 10 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, 20 minutes from Sky Harbor, 13 minutes to Salt River Fields (Dbacks and CO Rockies) , 23 minutes to Sloan Park (Cubbies) and 15 minutes to Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants), this apartment offers a perfect location for the best of the Valley.

Enjoy coffee on the charming patio, the heated and cooled pool, grill up some burgers or just hang out enjoying the desert.

Walking distance to the Historic El Chorro Restaurant, Camelback Inn and Mountain Shadows Resort, there is no shortage of fine dining available. Don't want to dine out? A full size kitchen is stocked and ready to go.

Very walkable neighborhood, and close to some of the finest hiking trails on Camelback Mountain, Mummy Mountain and Piestewa Peak.

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with local noise restrictions after 10:00 PM. The PV police will come by if this rule is broken.
Enjoy the pool but please keep gates closed as we have a small dog that has access to the pool area. He's super friendly, mostly deaf and older.
If you need anything during your stay, let us know and we will do our best to get it taken care of promptly.

Fantastic location, beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Lovely apartment (squeaky clean!) with delightful private patio for morning coffee and evening wine. The views from the pool are gorgeous! The unit was equipped with all the extras that make a stay more comfortable. Sandi is just a lovely host - easy to communicate with, warm and inviting without being intrusive. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

We could not have picked a better spot! From our arrival to departure, communication and directions given were clear and timely. The living space is quiet, inviting, and very comfortable, with everything you need from organic creamer in the fridge to microfiber makeup cloths. The location is outstanding - only 10 minutes to Camelback trailheads, and basically everything else. The hosts did everything possible to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We will be back!

We are new to hosting, but not new to the Valley. Kevin is a Phoenix native, and Sandi moved to Phoenix in 1980. We are travelers and love meeting people from all over the world! When not traveling, we enjoy getting together with friends and family, golfing, hiking, skiing and walking our neighborhood.

Why they chose this property

We love the desert beauty and the hillside location, in addition to the close proximity to everything! As travelers, access to Sky Harbor is key. Generally, within 20 minutes of our location, you can be to many of the amazing activities that make Arizona, and the Phoenix/Scottsdale area great to visit!

What makes this property unique

Our home is adjacent to Camelback Inn and backs up to Mummy Mountain, making it quiet and serene. Built in 1959, our home has unique charm and defies the many newer homes that are in our neighborhood. Being able to walk to El Chorro or Camelback in for a dinner or happy hour is a bonus!
