No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home, on the decks, and in the screened-in porch. A $500 additional cleaning/deodorization fee applies if evidence is found.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Please respect quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for neighboring homes and families.
No Party Policy
No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted. This is a luxury, family-oriented home. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
Groups Require Advance Approval
Groups are welcome with advance approval and full guest registration. Accurate guest counts are required. No unregistered guests or exceeding maximum occupancy.

PET POLICY:
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-No excessive barking or noise is allowed.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property.
-Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
-A daily pet fee of $50 per pet applies.
