You can pack lite as we have provided everything you need for a perfect stay. Fully equipped kitchen, Living area with Queen Sofa Sleeper and a King size bed tucked behind sliding doors for privacy. Swimming Pool & Complementary Beach Essentials - towels, chairs, and umbrella! Free parking for one vehicle & High Speed WiFi - Perfect for remote working!
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

Everything was great!!! Steps to the beach, everything you need is supplied, very clean. The pool was clean and a much needed refreshing break. Even the free parking was a plus!we will definitely be going back!

Fit the bill! Great location, across from the beach, near restaurants and live music. Very clean, plenty of room, comfortable bed and living room furniture, nicely decorated. Pleasantly surprised to see some extra supplies (e.g., soap, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels). We already booked a second stay.

The place was immaculate. The host responded to every inquiry promptly. Great location across the parking lot from the beach and walking distance to some restaurants we like. We had stayed previously in May and, when we needed to return to the area, this was our first choice. We tried to book it a third time when we needed to return to the area but the availability did not fit our schedule.
