As SWFL natives, we grew up going to Sanibel Island on the weekends to find seashells, build sand castles, and fish. After hurricane Ian we decided it was time to own our little piece of the island. Our family has enjoyed spending time on the island the last couple years and now we want to share our place with you.

Why they chose this property

Our home is nestled in the quiet neighborhood of East Rocks, on Sanibel Island. The house overlooks an estuary lake, so we enjoy our morning coffee watching the birds fish in the back yard. At night you can sit out back and hear the waves crashing on the beach, and the dark nights offer a great view of the stars. The beach is only a 5 min walk, and the access is private so the beach is never crowded.
