This property was beautiful inside. Brand new and VERY clean. It was very comfortable and well stocked for our short one night stay. It was located very close to downtown Nevada city. My one concern was its location. It was on the same grounds as a VERY rundown hotel. The hotel it shares parking with it in complete disrepair and honestly it made me very nervous to go to and from our car. While the accommodations themselves were very nice, I would not book this VRBO again based on location and concerns for safety.
