It is freshly painted/newly furnished & comes with a fully equipped kitchen, high chair, washer/dryer, grill, smart TVs, wheeled cooler, bikes, pack n play, stroller, fishing rods & much more. It's a great place to stay with family & friends, whether you are relaxing poolside, having a BBQ, or enjoying the beaches & attractions nearby. $30 nightly optional pool heater charge. We look forward to welcoming you to our place!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place bedding/towels into hampers, Take out all garbage & place in bins alongside the garage, Start the dishwasher, Place all patio furniture/grill under the covered area,
Place floaties in the garage, Cover pool, Log out of all smart tv apps, & Lock all doors including patio slider door & front door- please leave the garage to house door unlocked upon checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If wanted: $30 per night for pool heater charge
Per the association rules and restrictions: RVs, boat trailers, and trailers are not permitted to be parked in driveways or yards longer than 24 hours
