Cornerstone - 202 Beachfront Condo

Cornerstone Beach Resort sits right on Fort Myers Beach. It is truly a slice of paradise and easy to see why we have so many guests come multiple times a year! Enjoy looking for shells, relaxing on the beach, or by the heated pool then watch the nightly sunset from your lanai or pool deck. There are only 12 condos on our property, so even when we are booked, it doesn't feel crowded. So much is new on this property it's hard to list it all! 202 is a second floor condo. Has beautiful views of the pool, beach and Gulf! New furniture, paint, floors! Both TV's are smart. King size bed in the bedroom and new queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress! The kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom has new lights, toilet, and glass shower doors! Washer and dryer are in the condo. Close to Publix grocery store. Beach gear is provided for your use, including beach chairs, umbrella, towels and small cooler. Free parking in our lot. Elevator is available.

A quiet, beautiful oceanfront property that has everything you'll need to go to the beach. Leave your towels and beach chairs at home. We'd stay here again for the right price!

Cornerstone 202 for the win. So charming and clean upon entry. The living area is full of natural light. Bright airy space with a relaxing beachy feel. We immediately entered vacation mode. The view of the gulf is stunning and we even saw some dolphins early in the morning. The host has thought of everything- pots, pans, etc., games—UNO was a hit, beach towels, chairs and even a cooler. Very convenient for the short walk to the beach. Conveniently, there is a washer and dryer in unit and an elevator on site. Off street parking. Quiet condo complex. No competition for pool space or pool chairs. Host provided many restaurant suggestions and things to do nearby. A property and communication from host. Highly recommend.
