sehr gut: Lage und Strandnähe, Räumlichkeiten, 2 Bäder, Außendusche, Küchenausstattung, Pförtner und Servicemitarbeiter, nicht so gut: keine Klimaanlage oder Lüfter, Wildschweine und Füchse auf Grundstück, kein Insektenschutz an Türen und Fenstern, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, Bauarbeiten direkt neben dem Haus und in der Nähe, keine absolute Privatsphäre, keine Einkaufsstelle vor Ort,
