This was a great place for my family to stay! Plenty of space for all to gather and a lot of games to keep the kiddos busy! You cannot beat the location! We highly recommend!
House was clean well maintained thoughtfully put together, we had some issues with the hot tub and the grill being out of commission but those were minor things it was clean comfortable and we had so much fun!
Beautiful home with lots of charm. The host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was immaculately clean!! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect! We enjoyed the hot tub and game space. Will definitely book again if we are back in the area.
We’re rented this for the game rooms mainly because we had a house full of boys who had lots of energy. This was such a money saver because they were content at the house. We were out all day for a competition and loved that we could grab food come back to the house and then hang out there without needing to find other entertainment. This house had it all! Well kept, great beds and bedding, clean and comfortable!

Why they chose this property
Our family has owned this home for generations! You can say the neighborhood chose us :)
Little Italy is a small historic neighborhood in Omaha, Nebraska, known for being the longtime home of Italian (especially Sicilian) immigrants who settled there in the late 1800s and early 1900s.
Originally built up by Italian laborers who worked for the Union Pacific Railroad, the area once included family-owned shops, social halls, churches, and businesses that supported a close-knit immigrant community. It is located just south of downtown Omaha, generally between Pacific Street (north), Center Street (south), South 10th Street (west), and the Missouri River (east).
Today, Little Italy continues to celebrate its heritage with historic landmarks like Santa Lucia Hall and annual cultural traditions, alongside local restaurants, bakeries, and a mix of historic and modern housing. Despite changes over time, the neighborhood still reflects the strong Italian roots that helped shape Omaha’s history.
