Complete sets of fresh linens, washcloths, hand and bath towels for each guest. *Wet slip (no lift or power) available for boats! Flat fee of $100 per reservation. Other things to note-This property has four units that share the private beach, dock, and outdoor seating areas. You will have full access to these shared amenities during your stay. The unit is located on the first floor. No dishwasher in the unit. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be towing any trailers.
