It was a typical apartment, upstairs. It was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay to move our son into NMU.

overall everything was good, but don’t bring ur dogs nor stay there during hot weather times, i payed to stay for 4-5 nights & I only lasted 1 day bc how hot it was inside, it was too hot & the temperature said 78 degrees while 2 acs were running & I even bought 2 fans & a whole ac unit. Very weird experience not worth the price, maybe like 100-75 a night but nothing more I would even pay.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you noted that overall everything was good. During your stay, the weather was unseasonably hot for our area, reaching over 90°F, which can affect comfort. Before we were aware of any of your concerns, you attempted to install your own AC unit without notifying us, which is not permitted for safety and property reasons. Once we learned of the situation, we immediately offered to bring and install an additional AC unit, but you declined. You also left early without informing us, which prevented us from assisting further or addressing any remaining concerns. We take guest comfort seriously and respond promptly when contacted. To further enhance cooling during rare heat waves, we have since installed an additional AC unit. Clear communication is essential so we can support guests effectively during their stay.

This was a great stay. We would definitely stay here again, although I was a bit disappointed there was no king-size bed that was not a dealbreaker. Overall clean, easy to find and great communication with the host/hostess. If you need a place to stay in Ishpeming, stay here.
