Host was super sweet and very easy to communicate with. Made sure we knew that there was construction on the road and we could call if we needed anything. The location was great and plenty of options nearby for whatever you might need. However we were not impressed with the cleanliness. Sheets didn't appear like they had been washed, floor was dirty, and the couch had rice on it. The dishes looked like they had been held to a similar standard and we ended up washing everything before we used it. Everything was sticky like there had been kids there last and no one cleaned up after them very well. The exterior of the fridge was slimy like someone used the wrong cleaner on it. The hot tub was amazing when it worked but we had a lot of issues with it just turning off or taking forever to up to temperature.

I can assure you that the sheets, floors, and dishes were cleaned prior to your arrival, but I take full responsibility for anything that was overlooked. As a small business owner, I work incredibly hard to provide a great experience for every guest. I wish these concerns had been brought to my attention during your stay, as you know how responsive I was to your messages. I would have gladly addressed the issues immediately or offered compensation. Guest satisfaction is extremely important to me, and it’s disappointing that I wasn’t given the opportunity to make things right before these concerns were shared publicly.

Perfect for a big family

There are six of us that travel, so we prefer to travel light. This place is clean and has all the extr things we need. Close to everywhere and most importantly the family we are visiting.

Adorable, clean, well-designed home

This was a beautiful place to stay for a conference at Northern Michigan University and a few days exploring the Marquette area. Everything was so thoughtfully designed and comfortable and the host was very responsive to questions. Absolutely recommend and would stay again!

This home was beautiful, very clean, renovated, and well maintained. The owners are also the property managers and make the rental process very easy. They are extremely kind people who have worked hard to do something great for the community and their family. The home has everything you may need, coffee, tea, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and more.
