HOT & COLD WEATHER: Please bring your own firewood so you can enjoy the fire. The house has central heat and AC, with ceiling fans in both bedrooms, additional fans in the closets, and plenty of cross-breeze.

NO SMOKING OR PARTIES: No smoking of any kind permitted inside the house. Please only smoke by the ashtray in the patio, and discard your cigarette butts safely, as we are in a high-fire area. Family get togethers as are welcome but no large gatherings.

DISCOUNTS: Discounts available for extended stays, please ask for details.

WINTER: Make sure you have chains during the snowy weather or law enforcement will not let you proceed.
