Upgraded kitchen, bathrooms, wood floors, closet systems, appliances, and designer lighting. Large screened in porch area with storage closet overlooking the peaceful preserve. Close to the beach clubs and Sawgrass Village. Enjoy carefree beach living at its finest with deeded beach access. Community swimming pool. This 3 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished condo. the kitchen  is fully appointed and stocked with cookware & accessories,.  Dining has seating for 4, Family room also has access to the large screened in back porch.  Streaming, Internet, WI-FI. Beach House is located near public PVB beach access. Close to Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville Beaches, historic St Augustine, Downtown Jacksonville, Mickler’s Landing etc. Rates do not include taxes, cleaning fees, reservation fees and damage protection fees.  Monthly electric fee per month. All other utilities are included with the rent. Availability dates vary.  Call for details. Pet allowed on a case by case basis and only with owner approval. 1 month minimum rental term.
