Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king bed, dresser, and TV for relaxed evenings. A second bedroom offers two double beds, making it easy to share the space with family or friends. An upstairs loft includes a futon that can serve as a flexible spot for reading or additional sleeping. With two full bathrooms, everyone has room to settle in.

Outdoor living
The screened porch is a comfortable retreat for coffee, conversation, or simply watching the changing colors of the marsh. Outside, a dining area and barbecue grill invite meals in the open air. Guests also have access to a shared pool available year-round, along with nearby beach access for long walks along the shoreline.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and coffee maker. Cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are included, as well as dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a toaster. A dining table provides space to gather for home-cooked meals.

Everyday convenience
A washer and dryer are available in the unit, along with essentials such as towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, soap, and toilet paper. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it simple to stay connected, while air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan ensure comfort year-round. Entertainment is provided by a TV with standard cable.

Safety & access
The home includes a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. Please note that a carbon monoxide alarm is not available. Parking for two vehicles is free on-site.
