New modern townhouse with communal pool close to the beach Casa Elena is a newly built terraced house with communal pool (from Easter until mid October) in a fantastic location. The house is modern and very tastefully furnished. On the ground floor there is a luminous living room with 2 sofas (one is a sofabed) and a pull-out dining table. It has access to a large terrace (5.80 x 2.80 m) looking onto the palm trees and part of the pool. You can even catch a glimpse of the sea on the horizon. The separate kitchen offers all comforts: dishwasher, washing machine and a bar counter with stools. There is also a small shower room on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with a large double bed has an ensuite shower room. One bedroom has a bunk bed and access to a small balcony and the other a single bed with a pull out bed with a single mattress. The two bedrooms share another shower room.
All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, which can be used for heating in winter, making Casa Elena suitable for year round accommodation. Good WLAN connection is available.
Casa Elena is located in a new development of terraced houses with a large communal pool (19 x 9 m) and a small playground. The communal pool is open from Easter week to mid-October. The beautiful beach Playa La Fontanilla with the excellent restaurants of the same name is only a short stroll away and the centre of Conil, which is very lively in summer, is only 15 minutes away on foot. You only need the car for excursions and there is a reserved parking space in front of the house.
