Please note the following for a comfortable stay:
• Guests must be 18+ to book
• No parties or large gatherings allowed
• No smoking anywhere on the property (including marijuana) — strict fines apply
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Maximum of 8 guests
• No pets allowed
• Respect the home and all furnishings as if it were your own
• Trash: roll bins to driveway night before collection (Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun)
• Checkout:
• Place all used towels in a pile
• Wash or load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it
• Remove all food from fridge and take out trash
Rules:
1. No Parties or large gatherings
2. No smoking
*Smoking marijuana is highly forbidden and is a hefty fine.
3. Quiet hours are between 10PM-7AM
4. 8 maximum guests
Door code is 2745 then press the check. Door does not lock behind you. Lock door by retyping 2745 then press the check.

Washer and dryer are free to use, and I have supplied several pods & dryer sheets to get you started.
To use the washer, load clothes, add detergent, turn it on and pick a setting. Long press the start button.
Once you start a wash, you cannot open the door again until it has finished its cycle. Do no wash items with sand or pet hair.

Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bed. Should excess hair, odor or stains be found on linens, blankets, pillows and such, tenant will be responsible for the cost of replacing such items. I understand it may be difficult to prevent a pet that’s used to sitting on furniture to do so. If so, please bring your own blankets to put down.
AT CHECKOUT:
Please put all used towels in a pile. No need to wash.
All dishes should be washed or put in the dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before you leave. Remove all food from fridge and throw away trash.
