With air conditioning to keep things cool, you’ll enjoy a comfortable and unique stay on the water. Swim or fish from the front of the boat. Restaurant on the water with cold beer and live entertainment as well as boat rentals available. Make your time with friends and loved ones one for the books with a stay at our place.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please Turn off both air conditioners shut blinds and windows close the front door. Please don’t leave food in the sink and ensure refrigerator door is shut
Please haul off any excess garbage to the dumpsters in the parking lot, as well as bathroom trashcan waste. Do not swim behind boat due to risk of electrical shock. Don’t contact marina about rental.
Please Ensure sunscreens on front deck are retracted and chair cushions are attached to the chairs and pushed in under patio table. Do not jump off top of boat. Please observe quiet hours 11pm-7am
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not jump off top of houseboat. Roof will not support weight. Please observe quiet time 11pm-7am
Do not swim behind boat due to risk of electrical shock. Don’t contact marina/dock or its employees about your rental as it is privately owned.
Nothing in toilet but human waste. Soiled paper and other items should be placed in the lined waste can. Drain shower periodically when in use.
