Room was very comfortable, quiet, and cute. Location was great, close to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location
No instruction on cooling this very hot room on some of the hottest (95degree) days in Colorado in July.Communication was incredibly difficult, even reaching somewhat to try to troubleshoot the cooling issue was so challenging. There is NO staff of site. There was definitely a language barrier. They never gave the code for entering the "common" area which houses things like coffee and ice. We were told they would refund our first two nights due to the heat and not being able to fix the problem-they've not refunded us yet.A really awful, anwful experience in hospitality.
