Boulevard Oaks is has a beautiful tree-lined boulevard across the street for walking dogs and a playground around the corner for the kids.
We're within short walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, and a cool record shop. Downtown Chattanooga is a 10-minute drive.
We have an off-street parking spot accessed via the alley behind Parkside Green. We also have ample street parking. First enter through the fence gate then to the front door which can be unlocked via the smart keypad lock. You’ll enter and immediately find the check-in desk with the guest manual. The open concept living room and kitchen occupies the first floor along with a powder room. Prepare delicious meals with the brand new, stainless steel appliances and ample counter space or enjoy takeout from multiple downtown options. The kitchen flows to the living space with cozy seating, and TV with Hulu Live, Netflix, and Disney+ subscriptions.
Up the flight of stairs you’ll find three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer. The north and south bedrooms have queen mattresses while the middle bedroom has two twin beds with pullout trundles. Enjoy complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Boulevard Oaks is 10 minutes from downtown and nearby I-24 and I-75.

We loved it , stopped over for our half way point with the kids and dog. The whole family had their own space it was very nice! Great yard for our dog to run in! Would definitely give it a 10 out of 10!
Everything was clean and just like the listing. It was great to have a private, fenced yard for our corgis. This was the first time they traveled with us, and we all had a good time. Kurt and Melissa were communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

We're Kurt and Melissa, a landscape architect and architect who live in the front apartment of this house. We've been rooted in Ridgedale since 2022, when we renovated a historic 1915 home a few blocks away and made it our own. After settling into the neighborhood we set a goal to find a vacant lot nearby and build from scratch — something we'd designed ourselves, down to the details. It took time to find the right lot, but this one was our first choice. We're glad it worked out. Hosting is something we take seriously, and we're always nearby if you need anything.
Why they chose this property
Ridgedale drew us in before we fully understood why. It has the bones of a great neighborhood — tree-lined streets, genuine architectural character, a mix of people, and an energy that feels like something is happening here. We renovated our first house here, then spent over a year looking for the right lot to build on before finding this one. What sealed it was the walkability — coffee, restaurants, a record shop, and a playground are all within easy reach on foot, which isn't something you find everywhere in Chattanooga. At this point the neighborhood isn't just where we work and host, it's where we're raising our family. We think you'll feel what we felt when you get here.

Boulevard Oaks is a modern farmhouse duplex we designed ourselves, so the decisions that usually get value-engineered away — the proportions, the materials, the landscape — stayed in. The rear apartment has a private fenced yard, three bedrooms sleeping eight, and no pet fee. It sits directly across from the Ridgedale Greenwalk, a tree-lined city boulevard that's one of the neighborhood's quieter pleasures, and you're within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and other local spots worth finding. We live in the front of the house, which means the property is well looked after and we're easy to reach.
