Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and found the rooms clean and comfortable.
We’d like to clarify a few points and also apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. The A/C is set to a minimum of 65°F, which is typically sufficient for comfort, though we understand preferences may vary.
Regarding the pillowcase, all linens are thoroughly washed before each stay—the marks you noticed were from the dryer process, not stains, but we’re sorry for any concern this may have caused.
Our manager responded as soon as possible and followed up within 15 minutes. We apologize if this did not meet your expectations at the time, especially regarding the breaker issue. We also appreciate you pointing out the door alignment, and we are addressing it to ensure proper function.
