This condo is ON THE BEACH - AMAZING VIEWS!!

Updated 10th floor condo sits right on beach! Gorgeous full view of the Gulf where you can see dolphins from our balcony. Beautiful updated beach decor.

Pelican Beach Resort is one of the most popular resorts to stay in Destin ~ the perfect family destination.

Conveniently located near all activities such as: Big Kahuna Water Park (across the street) located near many seafood and family friendly restaurants! Retail shops, Silver Sands shopping outlet mall, & movie theaters.

One bedroom / two bath gulf front unit living area 873 sq. Ft. brand new queen sleeper sofa in living room. After making your way into the unit - you will notice the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony which has a view directly facing south.

Master bedroom has king bed, with private bath. Recessed bunks in the hall allow sleeping for the younger crowd, and a queen sleeper in the living room.

Fully functional kitchen, with full-size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. Wireless internet access, television with DVD. Fully stocked with linens and towels.

Pelican Beach Resort has 2 heated pools. Outdoor & indoor along with a kiddie pool & outside hot tub.

Amazing Property & Owner

We have an amazing short stay at this condo. Staff was very friendly and communications with the owner was fast and accurate! Beach and the clear ocean is breathtaking! Highly recommend staying at Lauras place, shes great!

Great Family Vaca Spot

Great vaca spot! Unit was clean and resort had everything that was promised. Multiple pools, beach access, area full of activities and restaraunts, etc. Would highly recommend!!!

Destin condo

We loved our stay here. We had our 10 month old and 9 year old it was a great stay and in a convenient location. Everything was nice and clean and check in was super easy. 10/10 will be staying here next summer again.

Beach Get Away

great property right on the beach. Great pools, Tiki Bar and affordable restaurant right on the property. Able to see dolphins in the gulf right from the balcony.

Loved it!

This was our first time coming to Destin and this place was nothing short of amazing! The location is great, the staff was wonderful and the host even checked in with us during our stay! We got home today and are already talking about coming back!

Wonderful time at the beach

The property was great, my wife kept telling people from back home how "cute" it was. She was delighted. The view was marvelous from the balcony the whole entire time. The property owner was fast and consistent in answering any questions as well as leaving suggestions that might make our stay more enjoyable. Memorable Family Vacation

This was our first time to Destin and won’t be the last. We had the best time here. The condo was great with amazing views of the ocean. We witnessed some beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The location is perfect, with a lot of restaurants and grocery stores near by. Laura was very attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and provided me with a list of things to do in Destin. We did a dolphin cruise through AJ’s and ate at Boshamps several times. Our boys loved having immediate access to the beach and then being able to hop into the heated pool. This trip not be forgotten and we look forward to coming back. This condo was perfect for our family of 4.

Wonderful Destin Getaway

My wife and I were looking for a quick getaway this September to choose to stay at Laura’s place at Pelican Beach Resort. We had a fantastic time and very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was updated and clean, with everything we need for our stay. They even had some beach chairs to use, if you didn’t want to use the beach service or wanted to be on the beach later than the beach service stayed open. Great location as we walked to several restaurants on the beach and in town. Grocery store is right across the street and very walkable. The beach are perfect along this whole stretch and you won’t be disappointed. Sunrise and sunsets were spectacular on the balcony. We both had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Over all the stay was great!! Nothing to complain about. However the check in process was a nightmare. It was our honeymoon and we’re under 25. I wasn’t aware we needed a copy of our marriage license. Showed up to check in and was basically denied due to the fact we were under 25 (even tho I turn 25 on Aug. 30th). I explain that this was our honeymoon then they asked for our marriage licenses which we did not have. I had to massage the officiant and get him to send a picture. And we were finally able to check in.

The whole experience was 5 star! The owner (Laura) was always very responsive and even inquired mid stay to see how things were going. The condo was very clean and while we didn’t cook during our stay we saw that the kitchen was well provisioned. What was especially surprising for me was that the condo was so quiet. We had people next to and above us but never heard them. And while the bedroom was near the front door we never heard anyone running or talking late at night. The balcony view was exceptional and allowed us to actually see the sun rise and sun set from the condo. I highly recommend this rental!

This was our first visit to Destin. We were celebrating our anniversary. This condo was everything we hoped it would be. The layout is perfect and the style is classy and inviting. Everything was so clean We loved the ocean view! The location is so convenient to restaurants and shopping. The resort is beautiful, and has a great view of the ocean! The pools are amazing and we loved the cafe and tiki bar! We are hoping to return to Destin at some point, and this condo will be our first choice.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The condo itself was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The amenities were great too. The tiki bar/cafe (with ocean side service) was a life saver. The location was a plus, we were so close to everything. I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends/family.
