About the area
About this property
Secluded Creekside Cabin in Bailey With Private Hot Tub and Steam Room.
Come enjoy our beautiful and truly unique cabin in Bailey, set directly beside a crystal-clear, spring-fed stream. This is the very last cabin in the valley. Beyond the property lies more than forty miles of untouched national forest, offering a level of privacy and quiet that is increasingly rare.
Your stay begins by parking in a large private lot and walking across a handcrafted aspen bridge that spans the flowing stream below. From the moment you cross, the outside world fades away.
The Experience
This cabin is designed for guests who want to slow down and reconnect with nature. Mornings begin with the sound of water moving through the valley. Days can be spent hiking nearby trails, relaxing on the porch, or enjoying the cabin’s many amenities. Evenings are quiet and dark, perfect for stargazing, soaking in the hot tub, or sitting by the fire.
Hiking access at Tanglewood and Deer Creek is just 300 yards away, making this an ideal base for outdoor exploration while still feeling completely secluded.
The Cabin
The interior blends vintage character with modern comfort in a way that feels intentional and personal. The space is filled with eclectic antiques and thoughtful details throughout, including a vintage refrigerator and a single classic pachinko machine. Every room feels warm, curated, and unlike a standard rental.
The cabin includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, air fryer, ice maker, and everything needed to prepare meals comfortably. Additional conveniences include washer and dryer, electric shades on all windows, thermostat-controlled heat, and reliable modern utilities throughout.
A wood-burning fireplace anchors the living space and adds to the cozy mountain atmosphere, especially in the winter months.
Sleeping Arrangements
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a private balcony that overlooks the stream and surrounding forest. It’s a peaceful place for morning coffee or quiet evenings listening to the water below.
On the main level, there is a bunk room with two large bunk beds, each featuring queen-size mattresses. These beds are extremely comfortable and well suited for families or groups.
Outdoor Spaces and Wellness Amenities
The covered front porch offers comfortable seating and a cafeteria-style table that is perfect for breakfast or lunch outdoors. It’s an ideal place to enjoy the fresh mountain air while remaining protected from the elements.
Out back, the private hot tub sits near the stream, allowing you to soak while watching the stars and listening to the flowing water. The cabin also features a steam room with eucalyptus, offering a spa-like experience after a day of hiking or exploring.
A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking.
Location
Bailey is approximately twenty minutes away for groceries, dining, and essentials. Denver is about one hour away, making this an easy weekend or extended escape from the city. Breckenridge is also roughly one hour away for skiing and mountain activities.
Good to Know
The property is accessible year-round, weather permitting. This cabin is best suited for guests seeking a quiet, nature-focused stay. Parties and events are not permitted.
This is not just a place to stay. It is a private retreat with character, history, and a setting that feels genuinely special. If you’re looking for a cabin experience that is peaceful, memorable, and unlike anything else, this is it.
