- We hold a security deposit during your stay, which will be fully refunded after check out, provided there are no damages to the property.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a serene atmosphere for the neighborhood.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or on the porch. An additional fee of $500 will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is permitted only outside.
- Registered Guests Only: For safety and security, only the guests included in the booking are permitted to stay in the house. No visitors or unregistered individuals are allowed.

- Exterior security cameras are located at the door and at the back of the house for your safety. Cameras monitor only the exterior and are not inside the home.
