We stayed here when we had a family graduation party to attend over the weekend. This was the best property I have stayed at! A very unique, beautiful place to stay. We loved everything about it, owners go to extremes to make sure you feel at home. We enjoyed the special treats that were left for us from their family’s farmer’s market also. If we ever need a place to stay when we visit our family , we will definitely plan to stay here again!!!

This is a gem of a property, and it was perfect for our mother-daughter getaway weekend. The full kitchen was well appointed, and included thoughtful touches like coffee, creamer and even amazing snacks from the local organic farm market. My daughter loved the loft bedroom with the private half bath. Not even five minutes away is the incomparable Storm King Art Center. The apartment is a fully separate part of a stunning converted barn home that looks out on lovely garden greenery, trees and hills. Parking is easy. The local farm to table restaurant, Blooming Hill Farm, is not to be missed - make advance reservations as it is popular for weddings and events. It also has the farm market! From the property it was an easy hop across the river to the towns of Beacon and Cold Spring for visiting Dia Beacon and walking about to check out the lovely small shops. The hostess even left a sweet handwritten note. We are already hoping to make it an annual destination! Great find, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Pea Hill Barn! We stayed here for our nephews West Point graduation. It was the perfect setup for two couples. The property was extremely clean, beautifully appointed, and had so many thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. The host was wonderful and communication was excellent from start to finish. The location was also great and made everything convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
