The home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy high-end amenities, a fully stocked Chef's kitchen to cook delicious meals in and a backyard with an amazing pool to take in the sun. In the poolside area there’s a table for four to dine al fresco or work in a shade. Sip in a Margarita made with a lemon from your own tree. Well-maintained front lawn for hedge trees for privacy. Garage converted to a dedicated office area and a TV room with access to the pool. There are two dedicated workspaces - an height- adjustable desk in the master bedroom, height-adjustable desk and comfortable chair gaming desk and chair set. Four cars fit in the driveway. Child's highchair and travel crib are subject to availability and should be arranged in advance

** Pool and Spa have some discoloration and scraps due to weather & wear from this summer. Everything is maintained and in working order though. Pool Painting is scheduled for this winter.
