Was listed as non-smoking and clearly had been smoked in and covered up with intense air freshener. We were unable to stay there due to health reasons and host refused refund.

Never had smoking in the house ever. I was the lat to be there. I have asthma and severe allergies. Never had air freshners in the house! Tokk two neighbors up immediately and they verified no freshners and no smoke.

We had high hopes for this Vrbo, but unfortunately it fell significantly short on cleanliness and basic preparations.Right when we walked in, there was a dead bugs on the table in plain sight and a dead cockroach on the bedroom floor. We also found pet fur in multiple places throughout the house. The living room rug was visibly stained and looked dirty. The entire property had a strong, unpleasant oder that never improved during out stay.The water had a very strong rotten egg (sulfur) smell, so bad that we refused to shower there and had to go to my nephews house to bathe. We only used 6 cups over the two days and only because of the water smell, we did not wash them. The host pushed back on this which was disappointing and added to our frustration.While the location was convenient, the lack of cleanliness, unprepared amenities, and water quality made this stay uncomfortable and disappointing. We expected better for the price. Future guest should be aware of there issues.

The house was very clean with no odors. Two stink bugs were found in windowsill . No roaches ever in this house. No pets ever in this house so impossible for dog hair. Amenities are: coffee maker, toaster, microwave, large tv, bottled water, expresso machine, teas, coffees, all spices, , popcorn, snacks, . After running water fir 2 mins no sulfer odor at all. You are a well system and septic. All dishes, dishwasher, laundry avail. Well maintained, smoke detectors, vaccum, brooms and mops avail. Patio deck with wrought iron furniture. I have since closed to all vrbo requests as im tired if people wanting to stay for free. Done
