The Alcoraia house is located the south of the island, in the countryside, in a very calm place, ideal for children and relax.



The situation of the house is very exclusive. The house Alcoraia is located to only 10 kilometers of the best beaches of the island: Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Colònia Sant Jordi, 4 Kilometers to Campos town, where you will find all the services: restaurants, banks, supermarkets, etc. 11 Kilometers to Santanyi, 37 kilometers to airport, 44 Kilometers to Palma.



No celebrations or events are allowed in any of our houses. During the stay, no more people than those authorized by contract and/or prior notice and authorization by the owner may come to the house.

The persons will be identified on the day of check-in and in case of non-compliance, the reservation will be invalidated.

Serene Villa in a peaceful setting!

We had the best time spending a long weekend at the house. It's in such a peaceful, secluded spot. The house has everything you need for a stay. Toni is a friendly and flexible host, he picked us up and made our stay very pleasant.

Traumhafte Mädelsauszeit auf einer wunderschönen Finca!

Pros: Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Mädels & hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit in dieser traumhaften Finca. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt, liebevoll gestaltet & bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen – inklusive Snacks, Getränken & frischem Obst. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich & hilfsbereit. Besonders aufmerksam: Ein Nachbar brachte uns frische Eier, Tomaten & Salat & kümmerte sich sogar um die Müllentsorgung zwischendurch. Die Finca war sehr sauber & die Küche top ausgestattet – perfekt zum gemeinsamen Kochen. Die Poolarea war unser tägliches Highlight: sauber, schön angelegt, mit ausreichend Liegen, Tischen & tollen Extras wie Matratzen & Schwimmringen. Die Lage ist ruhig, ohne direkte Nachbarn – Musik war kein Problem. Gleichzeitig ist man schnell an schönen Stränden oder in der Stadt. Ein süßes Extra war der kleine Tierpark mit Hunden, Katzen & Schildkröten – alle lieb & nicht aufdringlich. Empfehlung!

Schöne Finca, sehr sauber und netter Gastgeber

Pros: Sehr sauber, sehr gute Betten und sehr netter freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Vom Nachbarn haben wir sogar frische Eier bekommen. Cons: Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Super Finka = Super Urlaub 😇

Pros: Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 6 Personen in der Finka von Toni. Die Finka war wunderschön, sauber und die Küche war mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Es waren zudem auch eine Menge Gewürze da, sodass diese nicht extra gekauft werden mussten. Die Poolanlage war gepflegt und war bei heißem Wetter täglich in Benutzung. Die Finka war sehr schön gelegen, sodass man kein Lärm von außerhalb wahrnehmen konnte. Der direkte Nachbar, der ab und an mal da war, hatte uns sogar frische Eier und Tomaten aus seinem Garten geschenkt, darüber hatten wir uns auch riesig gefreut! Toni ist ein lieber, zuverlässiger und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er war in der Finka und auch vor unserer Reise mit uns im Kontakt und hatte unsere Fragen beantworten können. Als wir in der Finka ankamen, hatte er uns ein kleines Versorgungspaket mit Getränken und Snacks bereitgestellt und wir haben uns riesig darüber gefreut! Danke nochmal! Alles in allem war das ein wunderschöner Urlaub 😇 Cons: NICHTS!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in einer schönen mediterranen Finca

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Finca. Der check-in war problemlos. Das Haus selbst war super sauber! Kein unnötiger Schnick-Schnack, aber liebevoll eingerichtet und eben typisch mediterran. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet und der Bauer nebendran war sehr nett. Der Pool war ebenfalls mehr als ausreichend. Auch der Garten war sehr schön, es gab mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten draußen. Das Einzige was uns gefehlt hat, war der Meerblick, dann wäre unser Aufenthalt wirklich perfekt gewesen. Wir waren dort aber sehr zufrieden, es war eine ruhige Gegend und wir waren vollends "unter uns". Wir wollen auf alle Fälle wieder kommen :)

Excelente propiedad, todo impecable, disfrutamos muchísimo.

Pros: Todas las habitaciones estaban en perfectas condiciones y muy limpias. Los propietarios nos dejaron frutas y algunas bebidas de cortesía que nos vinieron muy bien el primer día. Fue un gran detalle. La piscina impecable, los niños disfrutaron de bañarse y del entorno dela casa. Se respiraba paz. Los vecinos tuvieron el bonito detalle de regalarnos varias docenas de huevos de sus gallinas. Repetiremos seguro. Cons: Todo estuvo fabuloso.

Perfecto todo aunque el Wifi no era muy .....

Pros: la situación, el estado de las instalaciones, y la tranquilidad. es mejor que lo que las fotos dicen..... Cons: no es que no nos gustara pero las puertas no se pueden quedar abiertas por la entrada de gatos a las habitaciones etc.....(nos gustan los animales por que tenemos pero creo que con unas medidas..... mas de una vez los hemos encontrado en habitaciones y la cocina.... nada importante pero por poner un pero.....
