House was clean, cozy, and overall a perfect stay for out-of-towners heading to a concert at nearby Little River casino. Host was pleasant and responsive; he even added some holiday touches. During our stay it snowed a fair amount and special care was taken to clear the driveway while we were out! Would definitely stay again!

We were in town for a wedding so we only stayed the weekend, but the property was great for our little family. I have two toddlers so when choosing rentals I look for the least amount of damage my kids could do as possible. I appreciated the tasteful simplicity of the decor. The large yard was great for the kids. Would definitely stay again if life brought us that way.

This place was very clean and very well kept. We had 4 adults and 1 baby. Worked great for us. Shower was amazing. Brandon is great to communicate with and very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend this home. Very close to Meijer....and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Manistee Fishing Trip

We arrived to a clean property that looked as expected. The home was cozy and welcoming and the location was a relaxing quiet neighborhood. Fire pit and grill were great touches. The owner answered my messages quickly. It was nice to be a short 10 minute drive from our charters dock. Having the Meijer’s right across the road was so convenient. Both breweries in town are great stops and if your craving pizza Big Al’s was excellent.

Golf Trip

We had 6 members in my group for a 4 day/3 night weekend stay. This home suited us well for our stay. For sleeping arrangements we had two sleeping in the master bedroom, two in the bunk room, one on the pullout in the living room and one on a cot we brought. So as long as your group is okay with close quarters for sleeping this stay will workout just fine for you. Despite rainy weather conditions throughout the weekend thus causing us to have increased indoor activities, the house accommodated us rather well. The house was clean in every aspect with an updated bathroom. Having air conditioning after a long day on the course was a must for my group and this homes Payne A/C system had no issues maintaining a cool temperature through the home. Brandon our host was easy to communicate with and responded to any questions in a timely manner. This stay was exactly what my group (budget conscientious) was looking for. Would recommend this house to anyone with similar wants and needs as my group. Would most definitely return for another stay in the future! Thanks again Brandon!
