The location is fantastic right by the lake. The place needs some maintenance, the drawers in the bedrooms were coming apart and little things like the water filter in the fridge, burners on the stove not lighting, handle on sink not tight. They did come and fix the handle and the burners. I did ask some other questions about maintenance and no response. It seemed like it was a pick and choose on what they wanted to work on.

Thank you for staying with us and for highlighting our fantastic lakefront location. We are glad our team was able to quickly resolve the sink handle and stove burners during your stay. Regarding the remaining items, as we communicated to you at the time, those specific repairs required an outside vendor and had to be scheduled for after your departure. Because we actively kept you informed about this process, we are disappointed by the suggestion that we ignored your questions or "picked and chose" what to fix. We always take our guests' comfort and property maintenance seriously, and we hope you otherwise enjoyed your time at the lake.
