Located on the main floor, the kitchen features a gas range & double oven, fully stocked with pots/pans, utensils, dinnerware, etc. The cozy west-facing living room and dining areas are prime viewing for sunset skies and watching movies on the 65” inch Smart TV.

The top floor primary bedroom features both East and West-facing windows for ample light and coastal breezes, an upgraded walk-in closet, plush California King bed with luxury linens & down alternative duvet, and a spacious rain shower. Featured in this space is a 55” Smart TV and a west-facing desk.

Why they chose this property

I have spent much of my "grown-up" life living and working in Solana Beach and the surrounding communities. My husband and I met at the legendary Belly-Up Tavern and still can't decide who makes the best margarita, Tony's Jacal, or Fidel's! I love that we can take leisurely walks to our favorite beaches and cafes (most of them dog-friendly)! All of our grocery stores, farmers' markets, etc., are a short bike ride or drive away!
