Upstairs, the entertainment space sets the tone for epic nights in. The private game room and movie theater features a massive 130” screen that transforms movie nights, sporting events, and gaming sessions into a cinematic experience. Between the air hockey table, arcade game, and foosball, there’s always something happening — and plenty of room for everyone to gather, cheer, or simply relax.



The custom kids’ bedrooms are where this home truly shines. The Mickey and Friends bunk room invites nonstop fun with a playful slide and themed details that make bedtime exciting. Nearby, the Small World castle bunk room feels like stepping into a storybook, complete with custom-built bunks designed to spark imagination and wonder. These aren’t just bedrooms — they’re experiences your kids will talk about long after the trip ends.



All upstairs bedrooms include their own dedicated bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for every guest. The king master suite and the Small World room both feature direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy peaceful views overlooking the pool area — perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening.



Step outside to your private, screened-in pool area, designed for both fun and relaxation. The large pool and spillover spa are surrounded by ample seating, making it easy to spend entire days swimming, lounging, and reconnecting under the Florida sun. Pool heat is available for a nominal fee and is recommended during cooler months.



While this home does not include access to the resort waterpark or golf amenities, guests can enjoy one of Reunion’s most popular areas — Seven Eagles Cove. This vibrant hub features a zero-entry pool, fitness center, arcade, and pool bar, and is often considered the heart of the resort. Just behind the condos on Sandy Ridge Drive, you’ll also find a kid-friendly splash pad that’s perfect for younger guests.
