Our 4th Floor (near elevator) 1B/1B Suite has the most amazing waterview with beautiful sunsets over the bay! The suite has an extra large private balcony so you can enjoy your coffee and cocktails waterfront! All the appliances are brand new, with a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. The living room has a sleeper sofa and Smart TV, and the bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. HEATED POOL & HOT TUB 6 mins to the beach!

🔹We treat regularly for pests, but because it's Florida pests are still possible - we do not issue refunds for this

🔹Our condo is 1 private unit at a large resort ran by an HOA. As a result - we have no control over amenities, their availability and function. While we disclose anything on the listing that we're aware of, sometimes amenities are closed or inaccessible and we do not issue refunds for this

🔹We do not issue refunds for weather related reasons. E.g. if you book for September and cancel due to a hurricane, and it's outside the regular refund window - we would not issue a refund

🔹Lastly, as a complex sometimes there is construction / sometimes private owners do renovations. Again, we disclose anything we're aware of. But because we have no control over construction & renovations we do not issue refunds for issues related to this, noise, or stuff being blocked off



Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.



⚠️ Pool & Spa Notice: The pool and spa are both open. Please note that amenities are subject to availability and occasional maintenance, which is managed by the resort, and we do not have control over unexpected closures or repairs. We will provide updates as soon as the pool is reopened.
