We had a wonderful stay at this home! The property was exactly what we were looking for. The house was spotless, which was especially important to me since I'm very particular about cleanliness, and it exceeded my expectations.We loved that the pool was just a short walk away, the neighborhood was clean, quiet, and family-friendly, and the screened-in porch was the perfect place to relax. It was also a thoughtful touch that the home was stocked with a vacuum and cleaning supplies, making it easy to keep everything tidy throughout our stay.The location was excellent, with restaurants and shops just across the street, two pools to enjoy, bike rentals nearby, and beach supplies provided. We also took advantage of the two bikes and the grill, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Communication with the host was excellent from beginning to end. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway on 30A.One thing to note is that security does a great job monitoring the community. However, if you're bringing a second vehicle, parking can be a little challenging since there is no street parking, including for golf carts. Additional vehicles must be parked in the limited designated spaces near the pool, so it's something to keep in mind.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!
