Lovely property! Everything was clean and as described. I really liked the decor with interesting art and plants. I enjoyed the garden and seeing hummingbirds and bees around the yard. The location is really good and close to the Arcata town square, restaurants, and stores. Parking was easy. Would love to come back again! Thank you!

We would absolutely stay here again. This is a fantastic, old house that has retained some of its cool, original features and also been updated for improved functionality. All 4 bedrooms are spacious and have multiple windows. The whole house has wonderful, natural light and tasteful artwork and rugs. The yard is lovely too. Check in was super easy and parking was available in the driveway and on the street. I messaged the owner with questions and got a promt reply every time. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for taking walks. We walked to the downtown area several times and walked to the university campus as well. Thank you for sharing this marvelous house
