This house is in a great location with walkability to the shops and restaurants in the heart of Estes Park. Lake Estes was also walkable. It was a short drive to other attractions . Our group of 15 ( 7 children from the ages of 5 to 17, 8 adults) loved the detached game room and the theater room. The accommodations suited our group, as well.One issue easily fixed would be to remove some of the cookware/serving ware from some of the main cupboards so there could be a place to keep the dry goods we brought in. The cupboards in the island were empty, but inconvenient for storing the food we wanted easy access to. The other glitch was a non-functioning dish washer, but it was supposed to be replaced after our visit.

We recently held a 4 day family reunion at this property. It was a great location to visit both Estes Park and RMNP. The website pictures were accurate. I would highly recommend this property for a group

The house was very clean and fun! It was in a great location - close to everything, and easy to get around. The host was wonderful. Very easy to communicate with, and they did everything to make sure our stay was good. I would highly recommend this rental home!
