Newly remodeled modern ranch style home(open/one floor living) at Great Harbors(GH).
Menauhant beach is 5 minutes away by car. Or if you want to skip the beach crowd, walk(5 minutes) to GH's own sandy beach area(inside the community, pool adjacent) to relax.
GH offers pool access(extra fees apply - see below). One pet possible(with fees + approval). Falmouth's culinary spots are within a 1-5 mile radius from our home. New appliances+furniture.

* Shared Pool access available (Extra weekly fees apply). Weekly pass fees: $350 for first 4 guests and $55 for each additional guest. Children aged 3(and under) do not require a pass. Fee paid directly to the HOA(and registration deadline is around 2 weeks prior to the reservation state date). Weekly pass includes access to tennis, basketball courts and much more.
* Centrally located from East Falmouth Downtown. Within 1-5 mile radius: ocean beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, ATMs, shopping and much more.
What's included: fresh Linens/towels/sheets(no replacements during the stay are provided - please use the in-house laundry), laundry soap, dishwasher soap.
One pet possible with host's permission and $500.00 pet fee will apply.
House Rules:
1) Guest's minimum booking age must be 25 years, must show proof of a valid ID when asked. Violations: no refunds, reservation termination, eviction from the property.
2) From June 27th 2026 - Sep 12th, 2026: Saturday to Saturday(weekly) rentals only. With maximum stays of 21 nights(3 weeks). July 4th 2026 weekend reservation can start on July3rd 2026 but minimum 7 nights still applies.
3) We have a non-smoking policy. Deep cleaning fee of $1500 will be charged for any violations, no exceptions.
4) Kindly requesting to please treat our home as if it was your own. We do not allow shoes in the house to maintain hygiene and ensure high cleanliness standard.
5) Maximum vacation duration: We do not offer stays beyond 21 nights.
6) Guest will be responsible for any damage(beyond damage deposit) to the rental property caused by you or your party during the stay.
Other things to note:
1) No onsite EV charger.
2) At the end of each stay, house is deep cleaned by professional cleaners.
