✔ Unplug all unused appliances, hair curlers, and chargers when leaving the home
✔ Turn off stove, oven, lights, and AC/heater when not in use
✔ Do not set AC below 69°F – may damage the unit
✔ Adult supervision of children required at all times (including pool/hot tub if applicable)

Property Etiquette:
✔ No shoes inside the home – please use the shoe rack provided in the entrance hallway
✔ No smoking of any kind – $1,000 penalty if evidence is found
✔ No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays – $1,000 penalty and immediate cancellation
✔ Do not move or rearrange furniture
✔ Do not unplug main electronics (TVs, cable boxes, Roku sticks, lamps, etc.)

Guests & Access:
✔ Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
✔ No extra or overnight guests beyond what is stated in the reservation
✔ Pre-check-in bag storage available upon request and for a fee
✔ No mail or packages delivered to the property – use a nearby pickup location

Parking & Pets:
✔ Driveway parking available for 1 vehicle only!
(left side when facing the front entrance)
✔ Street parking available for additional vehicles (please obey all posted street signs and regulations)
✔ No pets allowed - violations will incur a $500 fee per pet, per night, plus any additional cleaning fees

✔ Smart noise/smoke device monitors decibel levels only – does NOT record audio/video
✔ Devices operate 24/7; no interior cameras

✔ Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM; violations may involve local authorities
