When you arrive at Solterra Resort, it’s easy to slip into vacation mode. This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home in Davenport offers a relaxed, comfortable setting for families and groups up to 12 who want space to recharge while staying close to all the Orlando attractions.
Inside, the layout is simple and welcoming. There are multiple living areas so your group can spread out, a large dining table for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen that makes cooking at home easy. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, and with Smart TVs in every room, a high chair, bassinet, and extra sleeping options, the home works well for groups of all ages.
After busy days exploring Orlando’s theme parks, golf courses, or restaurants, you'll love coming back and heading straight to the private pool (please note that the private pool is NOT heated; however, the community pool is heated). The covered patio and outdoor seating make it a great spot for morning coffee, lazy afternoons, or winding down in the evenings.
As a guest, you can also access to Solterra Resort’s well-known amenities for a small on-site fee (see fees below). Guests can enjoy the large outdoor pool, lazy river, fitness center, bar and grill, playground, and basketball, tennis and pickleball courts—perfect for adding low-key fun to days when you don’t want to venture far.
Practical comforts like keyless entry, central A/C, fast WiFi, and in-home laundry help make everything easy and relaxed from the moment you arrive. Please note: no pets are permitted at this home.

PLEASE NOTE: Per Solterra Resort regulations, you will be required to submit a name, phone number, and email address for each car that will enter the resort. We collect this information as part of our pre-check-in procedure. Failure to submit this information in a timely manner may delay your arrival when you reach the guard station. Also note that our property management company is in no way connected with the Solterra Resort or the security company, but we must be sure to follow their rules and encourage our guests to do the same.
We’ll follow up with a short online registration once you book. It’s fast, simple, and helps us prepare for your visit.
For extra flexibility, consider adding trip insurance for a nominal fee. It can cover you if you need to cancel at the last minute.
