Great location. Spacious unit with great layout. Hot tub was lovely. Definitely some cleanliness issues and unfortunately the check in instructions/directions to the unit were incorrect which was quite frustrating

A great stay enjoyed for first time Whistler visitors!
A functional space that ticked all the boxes for our family’s stay in Whistler. Everywhere in town is walkable and unit was clean and had everything we needed.
The unit was super clean. The hot tub was also very clean, a great size and nice and warm. Beds were comfortable. Walking distance to everything from grocery store to liquor store and restaurants. Would stay there again for sure.
We really enjoyed the property along with its close proximity to the free shuttle bus and grocery store

Great unit for our stay for a couple of days, except for the door code. The property company couldn’t figure out how to generate a code that worked for the door locks and so we ended up leaving a window unlocked and had to reach through the window and open the door from the inside. They sent a guy initially who couldn’t figure it out and we phoned them a few times during the stay but then gave up. The unit itself is very good in a convenient location.
This was an excellent little 2 bedroom unit with private hot tub, children and dog friendly. The kids loved the pool and the village and playground was just a few minutes walk away. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice quiet location yet still really close to the village and very conveniently close to the marketplace square. The private hot tub is excellent. I was also happy to see there is bike storage in the underground parkade.
The place was nice and well situated close the village. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not very clean and our request to have it cleaned went unanswered. We also saw a guest whose bike was vandalized (ie. parts stolen off of it) from the 'secure' bike storage.

Upon arrival we were early so we waited until the check in time of 4pm. At 4pm, when the code for the door was to unlock it it didn't work. The cleaner was still in the unit so we gave him a little time. At 4:10pm he was still in the unit so I rang the door bell and waited, he did not answer. I knocked on the door and he opened it, a little shocked people wanted in. We entered the suite and are not sure what he cleaned or spent time in there doing. (Our code still did not work so I called the number on the back of the door and the gentleman was very lovely and helpful!) The floors were not clean, there was dust on the baseboards and in the washroom, on shelves etc. the kitchen wasn’t the cleanest either. There was a spill down the front of the dishwasher splashing onto the wall, the one bathroom door had something a little questionable on the back door. The kitchen was not fully stocked and made it difficult to cook in. The beds were decent and comfortable, the room with the king size bed was quiet and dark while the bunk room was very bright and loud due to the patio of another entrance to another unit. Overall experience was fine. These are the negatives that stand out, however, the unit is as pictured and a nice space if you’re not picky about being 100% clean or a properly equipped kitchen to cook in.
