New Cottage within minutes from our Famous Springs!

Welcome to our cottage. You will have a comfortable stay at this brand new cottage located within 1 mile from Ichetucknee Springs & in close proximity to Blue Springs, Ginnie Springs, Poe Springs, Rum Island & the Santa Fe River. You will also have direct access to Ichetucknee River through the private park located within the subdivision. Many of our guests enjoy being able to swim and relax close by. Build a fire or relax on the front or back deck & breath in the fresh air. There is plenty of yard space for the kids. Due to the laid-back country setting of the subdivision, many of the residents travel by side-by-sides or golfcarts and you are welcome to bring your own!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you move the outside furniture to another location, please place it in its original location before checking out.
The key to the private park must be returned because it cannot be replaced until next year. You could be charged a fee of $300.00 if the key is lost.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not leave a fire unattended if you use the firepit.
