What a great location for a condo! So central and close to the gondola and happy valley. Our kids were delighted with the bunk beds, DVD’s to watch, hot tub and snow sleds. We loved that this was dog friendly, too. Overall had a great time here.
Fantastic location just steps from the gondola! The parking in the garage was very convenient, and the unit was perfect for a family getaway. We loved the ample storage in the entryway and the dedicated locker area for skis and boards. Communication with the management company was excellent. Highly recommend

Great stay
Service and accommodation was excellent! Would recommend.
This condo is roomy and was more than big enough for our group of 7. Convenient to the gondola that takes you to the village. We had a great time and would definitely come again!
We were very impressed with the size and location of this property. It works really well for our weekend get away. Looking forwards to coming back next year.
We were pretty satisfied staying at this property for a family vacation. Location is the best, and the hot tub was just perfect. The unit was overall clean and comfortable, the kitchen tools could use some upgrade for more pots and some extra cleaning for small appliances. Overall, very good impression!

Great family stay!
Our family of four spent a wonderful 5-day spring ski vacation here at this clean, spacious and very conveniently-located home. Great mountain views and very close to the gondola. We cooked all meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed our time together in the large living room with huge flat screen and easy access to the hot tub on the deck. The slopes were close to empty, but the snow and skiing quite good for the final April week at Big White. Highly recommended.
Delightful unit. Great location by gondola, and wonderful views. It was nice having a kitchen with good cookware as well. Having Chromecast on the TV's was also very nice. Some dog hair from the previous guests but not a big deal.
Clean, bright, open and lots of seating! Wonderful.
This townhouse is very open and bright with lots of seating. It was clean and in a great location overlooking the skating rink (and right near Happy Valley Lodge) and a short walk to the gondola that takes you to the village centre (and allows dogs btw!). The townhouse also has a fireplace, heated floors and a steam shower. My family enjoyed the hot tub as well. Extra cozy blankets and towels were also included. Make sure to order some pizza at Underground Pizza-delicious!

Spring break family trip!
Very spacious! Stocked well with extras like slow cooker, milk frother, blue tooth speakers. Beds were very comfortable. Best views, especially from the hot tub! Quiet. High vaulted ceilings. Sad to leave! Especially with all the snow falling now! Thank you for the hospitality. We will be back!
PS. We left two reusable grocery bags under the sink for the next guests!
We had an amazing time spending our holidays here. Such a beautiful home with an amazing view of the mountains. It was a joy waking up to see the sunrise each morning. Loved that we could park our car in their underground parking. Being close to the gondola made such a difference as well as having the snow shoe trails so near for walking our dog each morning. The place had everything. It was super cozy and clean. Loved that they had a Nintendo switch, we were spoiled! Felt so lucky to have gotten the chance to stay here. Will definitely come back again in the future. Thank you so much ❤️

Needs Some Improvement
If you're going in the winter for skiing, the condo looks right at the Happy Valley parking lot. It is possible to ski to Lara's Gondola which you take up to the Village. You're not skiing directly to a lift. In the summer, Lara's Gondola was not running while we were there. However, you can pretty much park anywhere in the Village without being towed in the summer. There are only a couple of restaurants open and a coffee shop. As far as I can tell only Thursday to Sunday too. The Market is open, but limited hours. The hiking is fabulous tho and the Bullet Chair is running for that and biking. Just make sure you take most of your own food.

Hi Roslyn. Thanks for the helpful and honest feedback! It sounds like you made the most of your trip despite the seasonal limitations. You're right, this condo has a great view of the Happy Valley parking lot, and while ski-in access is possible, it's good to clarify that you’ll need to ski over to Lara’s Gondola to get up to the Village. Summer visits come with a different pace, especially with limited restaurant and gondola operations. Great tip about bringing your food, and glad to hear you enjoyed the hiking and made use of the Bullet Chair for biking, those are some of the highlights in the off-season. Thanks again for sharing! We look forward to having you again in the future.
Beautiful condo and a great location. Would have given 5 stars for everything except for the major construction going on in the complex. We could barely make it through with our truck to get to the garage and then our car got blocked in for an entire day by machinery. The othe downside was that there was no a/c and we happened to be there on a very hot weekend.
Overall still happy with it and would stay again as long as the construction was complete.
Unit is as described😁. Might want to put a note in bathroom of how to turn shower on! Also, look at your response we received about hot not heating to temp. The service guy arrived the next day to service hot tub and had no idea we had reached out for help on the temperature issue. He was very apologetic about the answer we received and adjusted the tub settings to bring hot tub up to the PROPER temperature!😁👍. 104
We had a great time at this property. It’s located, conveniently near a short trail down to the gondola that goes up to the village, so walking or skiing down there was very easy (my non skiing MIL was able to get around easily as well). It also had easy enough access for even our 5 year old skier to get around with us, and allowed us easy a short walk to the Happy Valley area for tubing or skating as well.
Hot tub was nice with a beautiful view of the mountains and the skating rink area.
There were a few things that needed some maintenance like a curtain, a lightbulb, a tv In the bunk room that didn’t work (and no tissues in a winter rental was odd, so bring your own). We notified through the app and was told it would be passed along but it wasn’t resolved during our stay (maybe it’s the new Vacasa communication style, but I wasn’t communicating with a person).
Overall a great stay and we would stay here a good. There were 6 total (4 adults and 2 kids) and we had plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Thanks for hosting us!

Hi, Crystal, thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback.
We are disappointed to read that your recent experience was not satisfactory. We will continue to work with both our local staff and homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you!
While actually in the condo, things were just fine. Clean and comfortable. However from the time of booking, through receiving the instructions of how to get there, no one thought to mention that in order to access the building, you need to go through an active construction site. Upon arrival there were no numbers listed on the driveway to even find the building to start with, and only after my husband went for a walk around to find if there was any other access besides through a construction site, did we discover that there there was not. Tried calling Vacasa guest services and got disconnected twice. Street was was not option as I am 7 months pregnant and could not have had a safe pathway to gain access let alone carry our belongings in. It was quite the hinderance as we were unable to come and go as we pleased without having to ask the crew to move their machinery so we could drive out. This sometimes took upwards of 20minutes or so just to leave the building. Not what I was expecting after spending a little over $1000 for 3 nights.

Great home in Happy Valley
This home was perfect for our family of 6. (Including 4 young adult “kids”)
Great beds, nice bathrooms and a great view of the skating rink! We appreciated the thoughtful extras, like the cozy throw blankets in the living room. We liked having a garage to park in, with only one flight of stairs to get to the unit. It was so nice to have the space at the entry and in the living room. Other units we’ve rented can feel crowded for our family, but this one was perfect. Would recommend this unit to families!
