~No additional overnight guests beyond reservation
~Respect for neighbors and nature a must
~Pontoon boat is NOT for guest use, please stay off
~Do not leave children unattended while swimming. Beach has a gentle slope but does drop off about 20 ft from shore.
~Sorry, no pets
