Guests enjoy a terrific space that feels both comfortable and serene with a great porch swing to enjoy the beautiful lake scenery. Walk down the steps to the lake and a dock slip. A Smart TV and WiFi gives you all you all the creature comforts of home. The bathroom has a large walk in tile shower. Includes a washer and dryer for convenient easy laundry needs. Making this spot a great retreat year-round. Whether relaxing inside or unwinding after a day of adventure, this awesome spot offers a peaceful escape. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All dishes should be hand washed and returned to cabinets.
Strip the sheets and all used linens and pile in the floor of living room.
Take trash and put in outdoor trash can located near the other house. Please make sure lid is secured by cords to keep rodents out. Anything larger than one can needs to be taken with you off site.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No use of the rope swing is permitted. The water is very shallow and it is unsafe during certain times of the year.
No guest use of the fire pit. Due to safety concerns.
Children should wear a life preserver when on the dock.
