The Dream House was excellent! It was big enough for 7 of us. Plenty of beds, space, etc. The pool was amazing and the view even better! The property manager was very good too if there were questions/concerns. Just a FL note though…there is a lot of decaying seagrass this time of year and the smell was very strong when the wind blew. Not sure if it’s any better on the other side of the key. Also, the no see um bugs are no joke. Come prepared with bug spray and anti-itch cream!

Dream Home Grassy Key

We stayed at the "Dream Home" in Grassy Key and the property and home were outstanding. The home was beautiful and in great condition with all the amenities needed for a week stay for 12 people. The property had a beautiful sandy beach area with fire pit, lounge chairs and cast off area for kayaks. We were able to rent two boats and there was more than enough space to dock them on the pier. Great location and the property manager was fabulous and very responsive.

Simply Perfect

The house has literally everything you need…even an ice maker!!! The sunsets from the family room and dock were magnificent. The number of sitting areas throughout the property was awesome.

It’s all about the view

Beautiful sunsets, dolphin watching, manatees, fishing and swimming were the highlights of this property. Roomy, comfortable and amenities galore..kayaks were a big plus along with extra lot size for games. Our teens had a great time. So many things to keep them busy. We loved it!

Fantastic vacation home!

This home is even bettter than the photos. The living area is perfect for families and friends! We enjoyed the pool and the downstairs kitchen was a great place to hang out together! Everything was in perfect working order. The property is quiet and feels very secluded with the trees providing privacy all around the home. We loved the Dream House!

The property is very nice. Along with the new upgrades, there needs to be a few more...like deck and dock boards.also it would be nice if an outside party could clear all the sea weed that loaded up in the beach access in our week's time there.

We loved everything about this property… the location, the view, and the space both inside and out! We spent days and evenings by the pool and on the dock fishing. Every day we spotted wildlife…nurse sharks, stingray, dolphins, a variety of fish and many, many iguanas!! We appreciated the very well equipped kitchen for several meals at home! I would highly recommend this property for a large family or multiple families traveling together!

Best vacation home yet!

Home was so clean and decorated so beautifully. Grounds were everything we needed to have fun and relax. Our family had a great time on the pier every day. Conveniently located in the middle of keys, too. Be prepared for lots of noseum bites- they are unstoppable.

Dream House is a Dream

Dream House is wonderful. The grounds were immaculate, the house was clean and spacious enough for our larger group, and the views and sea life watching were stellar. We also enjoyed taking they kayaks out nearly every day and fishing off the dock. There was an issue with the pool heat in the first couple days of our stay, but it was fixed promptly after we reported it. Overall, I would recommend this house and we will certainly consider it for future stays.

Well Appointed Home On The Beautiful Gulf

This house will not disappoint! Clean and spacious perfect for large family or families traveling together. Outdoor living space that is well thought out and perfect for lounging and cooking. Indoor space offers large dining table that seats the whole crew and panoramic views of the golf that never end. A place for a boat to dock, fishing, swimming in a nice size pool and interesting wildlife to watch. All were happy. We will return again.

Wonderful family vacation

Our family stayed in This beautiful oceanfront home the second week of January 2023 and everyone had a great time. The house was perfect for our group of 11. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the heated pool, watching the wildlife around the pool, and watching the activity under the Dock. The house was equipped with everything we needed and Kitty was super fast in taking care of us when we had a minor issue. The location was centrally located in the Keys and we enjoyed visiting Key West for a day as well as renting a boat in Islamorada for a snorkel trip at lighthouse and hanging out at the sand bar. We highly recommend this home!

This was an amazing property. Words cannot express how gorgeous the views of the water were from the kitchen, the family room, the pool, and the living space below the house. The open floor plan was wonderful for our large family. In most homes, you may get a water view, but not with all of the activities and lounge space combined. They also had a pack n play and a high chair, which weren’t listed in the description. The kitchen was well appointed for our family of cooks. It had two blenders, a hand mixer, and lots of dinnerware. The only thing they didn’t have was a cocktail mixer, but with so many gadgets, we adapted. The neighborhood has a 3-mile loop that was great for our exercising adult children. Overall, if you’re looking for a restful vacation with a residential feel, look no more. This was awesome!

Family Christmas

The house is absolutely beautiful! I love the family room/dining area with beautiful windows with a spectacular view. The giant table is perfect for large family dinners. Only drawback was that the pool didn’t really heat up until the last day. The spa was supposed to be heated the entire time and never got above 90. The weather was very cold the first few days we were there and that would’ve been nice to have so that was a little disappointing.

Perfect Everything

If you are looking for a perfect vacation home in the Keys this is it. The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever seen in a vacation home. The linens are plush and luxurious, the bed are very comfortable, the decor is beautiful, the location is quiet and safe. There is a pier that teens and adults enjoyed. They saw stingray, octopus, manna ray, tarpon, nurse shark and lots of fish. The downstairs sitting area is phenomenal. The pool and hot tub were perfect. There wasn’t one thing that any of us, young or old, could complain about. In case I missed anything, just know that it was perfect also. I saved the best for last. Kitty was the best, most responsive person we have ever worked with, from beginning to end!! When we return it will be to this house and Kitty.
