We invite you to experience all that and more on the stunning barrier island of Longboat Key, Florida.
This condo is a second floor 2 bedroom/2 full bath exceptional and impeccable coastal retreat.
This bright and clean residence features:
Light colored Italian tile throughout the entire condo.

Amenities are well-stocked in the updated kitchen with modern appliances, granite countertops, recessed and track lighting and plenty of workspace if cooking in is what you prefer!

Clean comfortable furniture in an open living space with a large picture window that lets in generous amounts of natural light, glass top dining table with 6 chairs and room for more, a smart TV with surround sound, high-speed internet, remote workspace desk and chair.

The Master bedroom features a King-size bed, large dresser with mirror and 2 closets with mirrored doors, and a ceiling fan and TV and a safe.

Second bedroom features a twin top/double bottom bunk bed with trundle drawers, a large dresser and large mirrored closet, ceiling fan and TV.

Two clean, brightly updated tile and granite bathrooms feature a full shower in the Master bedroom and a tub/shower combo in the main bath.

Outdoors, enjoy a palm tree-clad private balcony with views of the tropical courtyard, that overlooks the sparkling, saltwater pool and offers a peekaboo view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The courtyard features lush, native trees and shrubs and grass, very well cared for. Enjoy outdoor shuffleboard there and a brand-new brick and stone path.
The beautiful path leads you to the large, saltwater pool that features a gated, clean pool deck with chaise lounges, tables with umbrellas and chairs. Convenient men’s and women’s restrooms close by for all guests.

The new path also leads you down to the 100 ft private white quartz sand beach where the breath-taking Gulf is sure to relax you. You can bask on a chaise lounge with a book all day long, collect seashells, take a refreshing walk in the surf.
