# The LODGE! # - A Private Ranch Retreat only 10 miles to the ARK Encounter.

This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Williamstown. Within minutes of the Ark Encounter. Guests will find three bedrooms featuring a mix of two queen beds and four bunk beds, offering plenty of space for everyone. The two bathrooms include both a bathtub and a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. This quaint and charming house provides a nice balance of comfort and convenience. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our home. The kitchen is spacious and will not disappoint.

This is an active working Whitetail Deer and Elk Conservation Ranch. We have miles of hiking trails, a stream for fishing and the most beautiful sunsets ever. For a small fee, and schedules permit, we offer a small tour with feeding of treats to Deer, Elk and Fallow. We also offer a more vast experience of trail rides on UTV's or ATV's if desired. This is truly a unique experience you will never forget.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels in the bathtubs. Place trash in the outside can. Set thermostat to 65 in winter and 70 in summer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was the BEST vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean, gorgeous property, secluded and very well stocked with everything your family would need to stay for a few days. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was huge, washer and dryer was an added bonus! WiFi worked well, close to Walmart and a Dollar General. We visited The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum while we were there and celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday. The hosts were very responsive and so kind. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommend this place.

We have a few Air BnB's and we personally maintain and clean our own properties. We love to meet new friends and share our experience with this unique property.

Why they chose this property

This ranch is part of a piece of property that has been in our family for many years. We love the secluded area, the nature, the streams, fields and woods. Although its off the beaten path, we are yet only 15 minutes to exits 144 and 154 off of I-75.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique. Although it’s only 15-20minutes from the I-75, it is secluded, private, and offers a relaxing atmosphere and escape from the hustle of our daily lives. This property is an active working ranch. We raise livestock; Whitetail deer, elk, fallow, occasionally bison, blackbuck antelope and rams. We have hiking trails, horseback riding trails and a stream for fishing.
