Mark and Merri's 2nd floor rental has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, a full size fold out couch in living room, and second small fold out couch in bedroom 2, with two full bathrooms. Maximum is 6 people. Outdoor spaces are shared - you will see Merri outside gardening and tending her chickens. You are welcome to use barbecue and outdoor patio space. You have two private entrances. We follow the covid-19 cleaning policy set up by the CDC.
The space
What makes our space unique is that we are a short distance from town, which includes a supermarket and restaurants and only a few short miles to the beach. The only shared spaces are outdoor areas and laundry room. Your privacy and safety are important to us. We offer self check-in for all guests.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire 2nd floor apartment, and the shared outdoor space with grill and seating. We have chickens in the back yard and usually have an abundance of eggs which we are happy to share.
Other things to note
We do have free range chickens. You are free to get eggs yourself and eat them.
