Inside, guests find a murphy queen bed on the main level, and a comfy queen bed in a cozy sleeping loft. The bathroom features a refreshing rain shower and a handy hair dryer. Climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round. Whether relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, this delightful condo offers a perfect retreat. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay – we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. Oh...and dont bother asking why Key West's famous (and sometimes noisy) wild chickens decided to cross the road. They're protected by law... They dont need a reason! Getting to see a mother hen lead her 7 chick's across a busy street is reason enough! It's a Key West kinda thing.

Walk to all of Key West Old town attractions. Higgs beach is a 20 minute walk. Smathers beach, and Fort Zach beach are 15 to 20 minutes by bike. We provide 2 sturdy, well maintained adult cruiser bikes (with locks and lights) for your use. And two large capacity insulated backpacks. No charge! You may not have too much use for a car!

Easy, free street parking.

Guests must execute Florida Transient Vacation Rental Agreement as precondition to booking approval. Plus govt issed photo ID.
All bookings require 30 nights. Bookings for April, June, September or November allow 29 nights.
